O’Neill Bragger’s Cup

The N’East crew got down to the O’Neill Bragger’s Cup in Jersey on Sunday. It’s become fashionable to call it “Dirty” Jersey, but that might be a little offensive to some of our readers. So, lets just say we had a good time in Sleazeside Heights.

Sam Hammer, a Casino Pier local if there ever was one, led Team Brave New World to victory and $2,000. The swell was forcasted to be flat, but somehow the Pier came through, with clean three-foot lines all morning and contestable surf into the afternoon.
Huge thanks to O’Neill, Surf Taco, and all those who welcomed us to New Jersey.

We’re big fans of big fans. Sam Hammer.

One Response to “O’Neill Bragger’s Cup”

  1. for the record – I didn’t even have pancakes – but I did almost get shanked for trying to position in the line up – my bad. Jersey locals can rip – thanks for putting up with the kid from the north.
